STEP 1 - GET IN TOUCH
To get started, please complete the form below. We have two available packages to select from STANDARD or BRANDING.
STEP 2 - SLA AND INVOICE
A member of the Tree View Designs team will contact you by phone or email depending on your choice to discuss your website requirements.
A Service Level Agreement and invoice will be emailed to you. Once signed and invoice has been paid, we start work.
If you have an existing website and domain name, no problem, we can transfer the domain across to us so we can manage your new website.
Step 3 - We Start Work
The Tree View Designs team work with you to create the perfect GP practice website using information from an existing surgery website or practice leaflet as a starting point. You will be assigned a single point of contact during the entire development phase with one of our experienced Content Editors. If you have signed up to the branding package, you will be contacted by our design team to discuss your particular branding requirements.
Step 4 - Review
You will receive an email informing you that your website has now been built and ready for review. Take this time to review all content and structure and request any additions / changes. We will take care of setting up all online forms, online services, signposting local care pathways and integrating Group Central Management to connect your website to other practices within your PCN – if applicable.
STEP 5 - Go-Live
Once development is complete and you have reviewed your website and all alterations have been made, we will talk you through the Go-Live process and schedule your preferred Go-Live-Date. This process is very straightforward.
Step 6 - Training
Every surgery gets FREE training once their site goes live. We provide training to key individuals or a large group. We cover all the basics from how to edit your site, create new content and best practices. If you’re part of a group, we provide Group Central Management training to a designated GCM admin. Once trained, you can deploy content changes across your network / PCN of practices.
