Consultant who works within the NHS and who has direct communication with Practice Managers, Doctors, Nurses, Staff, and most importantly, Patients. We therefore feel assured that our system is unique and is the most beneficial system currently available to GP Surgeries.

Built in Editor:
The website uses a built-in editor that allows you to add/change any content on the website. Your website is fully dynamic and database driven, meaning that all the content is stored within a database, on a server, and the practice staff can access the Control Panel, which allows them to add / edit the content on the website using the built-in editor – assuming the administrator has granted the user permission access.
EMIS Access Integration
EMISaccess allows patients to book and cancel appointments online, order repeat prescriptions, view their medical records and change their address details. If you are not an EMIS practice, don't worry, we can incorporate an alternative secure system that will allow patients to order repeat prescriptions online.

The much requested NEW addition to version 2.1 is the 6 SECURE patient online forms. If you are a NON EMIS Access practice, you can use these online forms instead. Here is the list of forms - you can click on any of the links to see a screen shot of each one.

Disability Discrimination Act (DDA) Compliant:
Our websites are interactive, easily accessible to patients with blind/partially blind and dyslexic disabilities. They conform to the latest World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) guidelines and we have worked with many patients in different GP Surgeries to make sure our websites can be accessed by everyone, especially those less advantaged. Patients with visual impairments or those who suffer with dyslexia will find accessing the website very easy as it enables their speech recognition software to read back the entirety of the website.
Designed with Non-Technical Staff in Mind:
No technical skills required. These websites has been developed with the intention of making it easy to use, add content and navigate. If you are familiar with Microsoft Word, you will have no problems adding/updating content on these websites using the built-in editor.
User Page Permissions:
Get the whole practice involved in updating the website. Assign key members of staff with specific page permissions so that they can only update the page the administrator has given them access to. Users can be assigned permissions individually or in groups.
The practice, therefore has the option to delegate pages to individual staff to edit so that one person does not have to update the entirety of the website; instead it can be shared amongst staff.
Patient Popup Alerts:
Users can Add/Edit website alerts to the system which, once activated, will popup automatically on the homepage to display an Alert that the practice wants patients to see straight away. These alerts can be anything from Christmas Opening Times to Flu Clinic Dates and Times etc.
Language Translator:
If you have a multi-cultured patient population, our websites have a built in language translator which provides the patient with 51 different languages to choose from. All the content on the website can convert to the language selected by the patient.
Add Unlimited Pages:
The administrator can add unlimited pages to the website and assign the necessary user page permissions, so that users in the practice can update these pages.
Backup and Restore:
The websites are backed up automatically on a nightly basis, so any problems which may occur by users deleting pages or content accidentally can easily be rectified by restoring a previous backup, quickly and simply. This feature makes your website fault tolerant.
Choice of Website Themes:
This feature allows only the administrator access to a selection of website themes. The administrator can select the theme they require and the entire look of your website will change. The content, however always stays the same. We currently have 4 different themes to choose from.
News Section:
The website has a built in News section within the control panel which allows users with the necessary permission to add/edit news articles, which appear in both the Latest News page and within the News Scroller.
Images:
The website has a wide selection of images which users can use to make the website more attractive and relevant to the specific page(s) they’re creating / editing. You can also upload your own images and customise them.
Dynamic Sitemap:
The sitemap is dynamically updated when you add or remove pages from the website. Sitemaps are used for two purposes. Firstly, so that you can see an index of all the pages on the website. Secondly, so that search engines, such as google, can index your website giving it a better ranking. These websites have dynamic sitemaps, so they will always be up-to-date and you will never have to edit or update them yourself. The sitemap also converts into XML, a language which search engines can use to rank your website even higher. This is all done automatically with no user intervention.
Reports and Statistics:
The website has a built in Reports and Statistics section which allows the administrator to view Page and User statistics. These range from when the user updated a page, how many times that page has been updated, by whom, when a user last logged on etc.
Website Patient Usage Statistics:
Practices have access to a huge selection of statistics ranging from daily/weekly/monthly hits, most popular pages and much more..
Printer Friendly Pages:
Every page the practice creates will automatically be converted into a printer friendly page so that patients, when trying to print, print only the text and not any unnecessary images.
Secure Website:
Tree View Designs websites use 128bit encryption to secure the content of your website. It is further secured by using the multi-level access system, so you can feel assured that your system is very secure.
